Can't believe this much time has passed since I last entered a posting! Must be all the fun I've been having.

Let's see, I think it all began when we went to the Maryland Sheep & Wool Festival in late May. If you haven't been there, well, if you are a fiber person, you are missing the primo event of the year...at least here on the East Coast.

A good time was had by all and even more fiber, spun and not, was added to my stash.

We also began an addition to our house which will provide us with studio space to pursue our interests. It will be wonderful when it is finished but for now it is a work in progress. A messy work in progress. The activity captured in the photos on this page document that work is actively underway. More photos will follow.

Somewhere along the way since moving to Georgia, I discovered weaving. Now weaving was something I was never, ever going to get involved with...ever! Then I found a wonderful teacher and through her instruction, I'm actually learning how to do this.

As I progress, I'll post some of the things I have woven.
